Or visit one of the many pub gardens – March also marks the start of the "Schanigarten", or outdoor sidewalk dining, season.
Maybe you'll even discover your favourite Schanigarten in one of Vienna's typical courtyards or passage houses. And because springtime weather is not always entirely predictable, Vienna also offers a whole range of things to do indoors, from the desert house at the zoo to coffee houses and museums.
