If you ask Henriette, the Spittelberg Christmas market is the best Christmas market in Vienna. #3 Schloss Schönbrunn Christmas & New Year’s Market
One of the most popular Christmas markets in Vienna, this market is known for its wonderful Advent concerts. Savour the festive songs in your ears and the Christmassy backdrop of Schönbrunn Palace before your eyes. Here, visitors can look forward to handicrafts, scrumptious food and a fantastic wintertime atmosphere.
The imperial Christmas market offers a great programme especially for children: a free ice skating rink, carousel, Ferris wheel, mini train or the traditional craft workshop.

As soon as you step through the magnificent entrance gate of the garden palace of the noble Liechtenstein family in the 9th district, you are already in the midst of a magical Christmas land. Around 25 exhibitors offer handicrafts, traditional items, jewellery, various other lovely things as well as all kinds of tasty food and drink.

The Christmas market on Vienna’s Karlsplatz has something for everyone.
